An FAO-compatible fleet management service featuring official vessel registration, identification, classification, dimensions, capacity, power, crew and ownership, inspection attributes, and vessel versioning

Trips

A service where users can plan, create, and manage fishing trips, departures and arrivals, port calls, and register crew for each fishing trip.

Regions

An FAO-compatible region service is where you can define and register an unlimited number of your EEZ, international fishing zones, local statistical areas, reservations, and restricted areas allowing you to monitor and dynamically manage access to different areas.

Ports

Manage the details of landing sites and ports. Visualizations allow you to view different port statistics, such as catches and landings, on a map.

Species

An FAO-compatible registry of fish, ocean mammals, and other aquatic species can be customized to your local settings, including local names for each specie.

Gear

An FAO-compatible registry of fishing gear can be customized, including local names for each gear.

 

Landing Surveys

App for sample-based landings on-shore that ensures the important metric is collected as well the catch details Who is the catch owner, What species, When caught, Where landed, What gear was used, and Weight. The details include vessels, fishing zone, species, gear, grade, disposition, condition, storage method, item count, harvest labeling, inventory, and raising procedures.

BAC

The TFM includes boat activity surveys and is used as a factor for raising procedures.

ECO

Accounting for economic data about your fisheries, including harvest value and fixed and variable operational costs.

Support

Customer support provides technical and product support to customers, through phone, email, chat, or in-person visits. Customers can create and manage customer support tickets in our 24/7 service portal.

Contacts

A detailed contact registry where you can register and maintain information about all persons and companies that play a role ins your fisheries. In combination with licensing and permit apps, a contact may be granted privileges related to your fisheries, such as fisher licenses or permits.

Access Control

Role-Based Access Control is used to dynamically grant and revoke user access to services based on their roles.

Fisheries licenses

Harvest licenses are issued to a vessel or a person by a governing party. A license manager can administer (create or review) licensees, issue and revoke licenses. Permits are also issued in the same way to vessels or persons. The issuance of permits and licenses is an essential method for helping states to control who is allowed to fish, where he can fish, what species he is allowed to harvest, and what gear is allowed for harvesting.

Command Center

The TFM Command Center (TCC) is a geographic information system (GIS) designed to present spatial or geographic data. The data displayed in the TCC originate from multiple TFM modules and are summarized and displayed on the map providing a high-level overview to operators where they have the ability to drill down to the underlying data sources.

Quota

Management service for Individual Transferable Quotas (ITQs) and Individual Fishing Quotas (IFQs) are a type of fishery management system where each fishing vessel or operator is assigned a portion of the total allowable catch, called a quota, which can be bought, sold, or leased in a market. ITQs are designed to reduce overfishing, conserve fish stocks, and provide economic incentives for fishing operators to use sustainable fishing practices.

Electronic logbooks

The master of a fishing vessel uses electronic logbooks to keep detailed records of all fishing operations on-site where the catches are brought on board a vessel. This is the first point of contact where catches are recorded in the system. Catch reports can be shared with fisheries authorities.

VMS

Vessel monitoring system is used to track and manage information about a fleets of vessels, including their past and present location, heading and speed. Depending on what apps are in users can view detailed information about vessels including crew, licenses and catches.

Weighing

Capture and manage evidence based details about fish landings using an enumeration workflow. The data includes details about Who is the catch owner, What species, When caught, Where landed, What gear was used, and Weight. The details include vessels, fishing zone, species, gear, grade, disposition, condition, storage method, item count, harvest labeling and inventory.

Vessel Licenses

Management service for Licenses and Permits that are usually issued by the authorities with some mentioned terms and conditions that an individual is a bind to follow. If the licensee violates the regulations, their permit or license can be terminated.
